It's the underground city! It looks like the city overground, but it's got a ton of differences. I wanna know why it's down there!

My cellphone's got signal, but I couldn't call anybody that I knew. Ah, that is a pretty good idea though!

...you have bars, but you can't call anyone? Are they just not picking up, or are their lines totally dead?

If there's an extra copy of the city, I wonder if there are extra copies of us? Nyaha, that'd be cool!

I don't remember too many numbers off the top of my head, but the ones that I do remember... Well, they say those numbers aren't in service!
