Number one. You shouldn't feel like you have to obsess over your weight.
Number two. I know you probably do but the whole drinking water/3 meals a day thing isn't going to do crap. Do you do any exercise? If you want to take pounds off mix a lot of cardiovascular exercising with eating in moderation - not so much 3 big meals but small, more frequent meals. And of course healthy-ish foods.
Don't think that works? One summer I lost 70 pounds. Last summer I lost 35.
