Right now Japan is playing America in the WBC, and about 6 teachers are standing around in the copy room, watching the game on a cellphone.

Why really? No one here felt at all guilty about turning on the tv to watch the game! :O Even both vice principals were watching. XD

How about your supervisor? The cool guy who gives you a lot of leeway?

I'm slightly relieved...at least one of the three new English teachers coming to HanChuu is one of my JTE's from Ayauta. On the other hand, instead of having 5 English teachers, we'll have 4.....I have no idea what happened at Ayauta yet, though! :o

Everyone else could hear them cheering from the staffroom, and would holler over to ask the score. Honestly, it was farcical. And my sup, Kume-sensei, was just sitting there in the break room, watching them watch the game. He was the one who informed me of their faulty logic, and then we both just laughed at them.
