Isaac (now 10.5 months in case you're losing track of time nearly as badly as I am) has decided that he wants to "help" me with my yarn projects. This plus the insanely complicated design I'm working with is making me very frustrated. Hopefully I can fix all the wrong stitches while he's taking his nap.

A blanket for my sister who's having a baby in May. It's this really neat reversible pixelated skeleton pattern that Ross drew up for me (they're very macabre people with Jack the Ripper action figures, a fetal pig in the bathroom, and a teaching skeleton in the living room). But it's also INSANELY complicated and I have to keep interpreting the picture into the pattern - and some of the bones are like 1-2 stitches wide, especially down in the toes where I'm starting. If this comes off, and I keep any shred of my sanity, it will be a major success. I'll post pictures (and the pattern) on ravelry when I get it closer to done.

That sounds like an awesome blanket. If only I could knit...

My roommate made me a skull and cross bones illusion scarf a few years ago and it is a lot of fun.
