Another VBA question

I am trying to automate our transmittal register. Transmittals are saved in a folder with the date, the sequence number (a fixed format) and the title. There is an Excel register of these folders which also contains this information, and I want to hyperlink it because it's quicker to access the folders that way

For some years now, I've railed against the use of the word transmittal having presumed it was a hideous americanism corruption of transmission, probably because I came across a Word template for a "facsimile transmittal". However, having just looked it up, it seems to be a valid synonym...
