Hello there, I'm Aiyesha, somewhat-random passerby - too self-conscious to be able to say that I'm *fun* to hang around with but I am vaguely interesting. I think. Oh jesus. *flustery sigh* Your journal looked not-run-of-the-mill, and your bio comment confused and amused me, so I thought I'd ask if you mind me adding you, and so here I am bumbling around the place! Ah feck.
one_mirror, thanks for popping by. It's a rare occurence, and it reminded me to update (or should I say clarify) the signage on the wall above. Looking at your own fence, I hope you'll understand that I don't add you to my friends list at this time. But, as you're in Melbourne, mayhaps one day you'll solve that problem of which Cantrell speaks...

OK, the box intrigues me and your comments on many other peoples posts equally so. So here is my attempt to obtain access. I think I’m well qualified. I know 18 of the people on your friends list and am therefore not completely sure exactly which one I first met you through. A party at fizit’s old place in the back yard is the first one I remember successfully connecting your name with your face (and finding out that your lovely wife made those funky clothes). We are highly likely to have both attended parties at nuwishas_tail and his lady greenwytch’s various abodes. We were probably both at paula_angela and Stephen_ho’s wedding of many ceremonies. I think we have both attended rallies with mordwen, who I am very close to. I have known unsworn for the longest from your friends list, closely followed by orethule. I know that last time I had a proper conversation with you was at the house arcanumveritas and purple_silk recently vacated. And we share the curse, I mean joy, of PhD study. I wear my topic on my little picture thing that I can’t figure out the name of, it could just be icon (I’m not very computer literate,

Hello Christina,
*laughs at the true irony of it all*
Let us take this opportunity of cyberspace and immense distance and your comment here to become better acquainted. Yes, I recognise you; dare I say you've been on my "recognised" list for a while. You see, we met over ten years ago via orethule and Pelham St, but despite regular crossings of paths, it seems we know little about the other. I think it would surprise you to know I have been to Holland, although my clogs never fit well. I have not rallied with mordwen, as rallying is not my wont; though the rest of your hints are spot on.
As i am cyber lazy I am shocked to find myself here in the Sand box of your cyber mind. I pick up the metal box, turn it, cut my finger on its edges and drop it. I sit in the sand to wait not being one to storm a fortress. I draw a design of swirling patterns in the sand and watch as the wind fills in the lines...

Hello Shane, having no other contact info with me in my new abode back in Melb (I escaped the desert back in January) I resurrected my 'alive for a day and then discarded' LJ to get in touch.

Hi Katt. I know or knew a few Katts. Drop me an email to the address on my user profile and we might converse? If you're the Katt I think you are, then welcome back.
