thank you. you know i've been thinking of you a lot lately, just because i remember how stressed out you were your last year, and the summer afterwards. it's such a weird time.
i need to visit nyc this summer. would you be interested in meeting up with me and kathy whenever we get down there? maybe laura? we'll see. i <3 summer and that i have time to think about fun things like this once again.
Hey Jill! It was fantastic to see you last night, and I hope you weren't offended by my leaving early. I too have been feeling like I'm done with a lot of things and find myself wanting to cling to these last few days of being in college, but then really sitting back and thinking about it.... and I realize I really don't. I want it to be over, to let these last moments of my current life just fall into place in my memory, happy and safe and pocketed in places where I can access them whenever I want, but tucked away enough that I can move on to the next phase. Jill, everytime I'm with you there is so much that I want to say, but can never figure out how. Don't forget that of all the people I've met here, you're one of those that I remember best. Can't all of life be like watching the Buffy musical, I mean really. Dorky singing and togetherness... that's what I love about being here
( ... )
allie dear, this comment is really not as long as you made it out to be! i was waiting for several paragraphs and i have to say i'm a little disappointed. kidding. :)
seriously - i wish all of life could've been like thursday, hanging out with friends and watching accapella music and being around a bunch of buffy the vampire slayer nerds. WHAT COULD BE BETTER.
in all seriousness though thank you for this kind comment.. now that you are officially done too we're in the same boat, and i hear everything you're saying. and your comments make me feel not as nervous about posting long rambly things and making them public, since i so often privatize them... but eh, we'll see how that goes.
this will be a great summer, dearie, you wait and see.
wow. alright, this comment made me laugh out loud. LIKE A LOT. you know i've gotten so used to the wang theater since i pass it all the time that i've somewhat lost my fourteen-year-old sense of humor about it. which is kind of sad, really, because like you said - come on, i'm graduating in the wang theater. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SAY THAT, EH??
(it's actually the nicest theater in boston. and i'm thrilled to be graduating there. but whatevs.)
in reference to the first paragraph, thank you. i know. and it means a lot.
