you put a picture onto adobe photoshop from the internet, (save picture) and then you select all, copy, open a new image size 100 pixels X 100 pixels, then you paste your image and save it.(but this doesnt get you cool borders like annie) then you go to manage, user pics, and upload that.

Considering "hello" was one of the choices, I sure hope that they mean hi.
