LJ help, please?

Question:

How can I do this little thing with the head if I mention other LJ users?
I mean instead of just 'Dagmar' there appears this little head with 'dagmarjung' in fat font and if you click on it, you are on this users LJ. I couldn't find it in the FAQs.
Please help an LJ dummy!

Hi Dagmar!

It's one of those special 'lj-tags'. In this case, type and replace the '*' with a blank.

Oh, and for "username" fill in the particular username of the person, of couse. ;-)

My problem is, there was no FAQ worded so dumb as 'How can I do that neat little thingie with the head', so I didn't know where to look and checked all the wrong places. But with a little help of my LJ friends, The problem is now solved!
