I went to the school to visit Ben and Ruth for lunch today. They've been wanting me to come in for months now, no kidding, but with school for me and for Jonah and all the driving around for Ben's various appointments, getting away in the middle of the day has been a challenge

Is it possible that someone was supposed to sweep before and didn't?

I didn't see any evidence of that and I'm hard pressed to see why or when they'd do it but even if they were and just ran out of time or something the bottom line is that they didn't but lied about it. It was a useless lie- the kids would have cleaned up anyway. Why do that? It seems dumb.
