So, my last post detailed the news I'd received last Saturday. As can probably be expected, I was coping badly, to say the least. I'd just started college and I was away from my friends, and even though I could talk to them on Facebook and call them and IM them, it really wasn't the same. That is so infuriating that I really have no words. Are there other psychologists on campus you can see?

As for your instructor... go see him. Don't worry about your parents, just go see him.

And don't you dare apologize. You know you can rant and yell at me anytime.

There probably are, but I have completely lost faith in the system as a whole. And I don't want to spend half my time sitting in psychologists' offices on the off-chance that maybe one of them isn't entirely incompetent.

I called my parents day before yesterday and they said I could come home, so today I'm calling my mum's boss's niece (or coworker's niece? something) to see if she can give me a ride. If not, my mum can, but she wouldn't get here until around seven.
