Is this online or offline? Or both? Does it count as "weird" if the people/person witnessing the event are accustomed to your odd behaviour ...? Many questions (or, you know, two).

Its both. basically if you do something weird of say something weird (be it in reality or aim) you get 1 point. Yes it counts if they are accustomed, if its weird you get a point.
