Hmm, well I really don't have any idea how much you should charge. I am not sure exactly what would be included in the reading nor how much experience you have. I think I would be more inclined to pay more if you were doing it in person at a con.
Online $1 is cheap enough to lure in the casual person, and then if you get some word of mouth, others might be willing to pay more, but I think if you went to $5 (online as opposed to a con), only a few people who are already familiar and comfortable with tarot would probably do it.
You could have tiered pricing where $1 gets a more basic reading than $5 and that way people who are new can get a feel for it, while others can get an in depth reading.
Personally I really like to see the cards so it would be more something I'd consider at a con.
