We got back to Canada at about 4 am yesterday. My room is still not unpacked from the move and it somehow got worse while I was gone so it looks like the aftermath of the Somme with a bed and a wiener dog in the middle. x_x;;
. Warning; some pictures are really, really big.
The six hour drive to LA. Desert! Replete with cacti and the occasional military vehicle. Desert, desert, more desert.
And then, suddenly, MOUNTAINS! Replete with...Smoky the bear?
You know you've reached LA when you see a Methodist Church with an AIDS RIBBON on the side of it.
The local band "Seriously". Very good, very cute. ♥ They looked very nervous when they realized most of their audience were middle aged women and a small grouping of white girls.
Our view from the Terrace Box which wasn't too bad. :) We tried to lay low and avoid the cameras that were playing the "spot the non-Asian game" in the pool circle.
Super Junior! Was slightly disappointed I didn't get to see Eun Hyuk's black and white shirt of significant epleptic fits but Donghae looked great and Shindong was...Shindong. It was unfortunate they had to go first.
Fly to the Sky and Brian's tasteful salmon coloured shirt. I love, love LOVE Brian but god, Hwanhee was amazing. Brian was an excellent MC, I respect that he was able to keep an air of decorum despite the fangirls asking for the sexy dance damn, i really wanted to see that dance XD. Though he did strip later so I can't complain. XD XD XD
Big Bang had to make an entrance through the audience.
Dana: Is that a good idea?
Sev: Oh god, we've lost three of them!
Epik High's set was amazing. *____* Screamed head off and then felt bad because we were between two Korean families who thought we were crazy.
The Hollywood Bowl from Mulholland Drive. You can see how huge the place was. :)
Shabu shabu for lunch at Hollywood and Highland. Ajsfhsjfgsjghjgdajsh SO GOOD. *faints from joy*
Sunset in Santa Barbara. Which is prettier than Los Angeles. Just so you know. XD
The ocean! In Monterey!
My beat up feet! In the ocean! In Monterey!
Golden Gate Bridge with mood fog.
The Peace Pagoda in Japan Center, San Francisco. This place is AMAZING. If you ever get to go to San Fran, stop by for the food at least. You could spend the day there just EATING. O_O
The Japanese tea garden in Golden Gate park. These pictures turned out really well, I may use them for wall art.
Wah, it was so pretty there. It's too bad it was so windy and cold the day we went.
Lombard Street, the crookedest street in the world. See also: one helluva way to get car sick.
San Francisco.
Cousin: Don't worry about looking too pretty, Dana. All the men there are gay anyways! XD
*hibernates*
