So last night I was going around touching the tables like the Big Boss wants me to on the weekends. I stopped by a 4 top that had all ordered my specials last night.
The specials were Maine Lobster Risotto with Ohio Sweet Corn and Andouille with a Roasted Red Pepper Oil Drizzle and a Seared Halibut with a Caramelized Pearl Onion and Mushroom Ragout
