Yeah, I've got serious issues

Why can one simple phone call get a person upset? why do people create cycles where they sabotage themselves? Why is it so hard to translate WANTING to do something for yourself into actual action?

because people are comfortable in a routine, even if the routine is negative. It becomes expected, and since it's been dealt with before it's easier to deal with than the unexpected.

It's easier to go into action when you are fed up and want more than anything to sever ties with the negative aspects of your life. You can want to do something all day, but you have to want to do the work that is required to attain the goal. And, although work is pretty easy for some people, the unexpected of shifting lanes in the middle of life's highway isn't easy for anyone.

Give yourself time. You'll get tired of it enough to where changing becomes your natural reaction to it.

Best of luck, plenty of well wishes, and i know you have it in you to put your nose down and do what needs to be done when it's the right time to do it.

one of the many reasons that i hate talking on the phone. People say things over the phone that they wouldn't necessarily say in person.

As for dive bombing one's self... it is just something that we do. It sucks but we can learn to stop eventually, or at least use smaller bombs.

You'll get it honey. I know that the in between stage is difficult, but you can do it.
