Why do I do this to myself?

Why do I abuse myself like this? I knew it was a mistake. I knew I'd wind up feeling sick to my stomach, I knew I'd be hurting. Why can't I keep myself from doing things I KNOW are bad for me?

Why did I have to have that greasy popcorn at the movie last night? Oh, my stomach....
