Combichrist Show

What does it say about you that you go to a club, and wind up saying hello to a lot of bartenders you know from a different club? And I don't even drink that much!!! Oh well, I had a good time at the show last night, seeing Combichrist, Porcelain Black, and some other bands I completely missed. Missed Infernal Doll Factory as well, but I'm sure ( Read more... )

Andy's not a nazi.
He started the "combi army" as a street team for combichrist and that's where the militant influence comes from (and the sound of the music). Icon of Coil is ass backwards from combichrist and lacks all of the fascist party themes, but it's still Andy. he just matches promotion/look to the sound of whichever one of his projects he's partaking in.

Was it just that your close friends weren't in attendance or you feel that you don't have close friends at all?
I like knowing more people from a distance, anyway. Less headaches involved. I'm proud of my 4 close friends. It's not the quantity, but the quality.

I'm glad i saw you out last night ♥

I was worried that he might be, but I went to the concert anyway. I didn't want to judge without actually, oh, I don't know, OMG listening to him! Like I said, I didn't get that feeling from the show so I'm not worried about it anymore.

I think it's a little of both as friends are concerned. I just don't feel a part of any of the cliques or crowds. That's not necessarily a bad thing, I'm OK with just being me. It's just an odd place I feel I'm in.

OMGZ! you wanted to see something for yourself instead of just declaring it true!!! Kuh-ray-zee! (and one of the many reasons why i enjoy you).

I feel like that from time to time. Like i'll see someone i enjoy talking to, but during the conversation i feel sort of disjointed. I'm involved, but not really type of feeling. I don't really fit into one clique or a crowd, so i found people that are the same way and have them as my close friends. Everything will sort itself out in time. I don't think you're doing anything purposefully or you're being a mean old hermit recluse; i just think you'll find your place. You've been through a lot of changes in personal aspects since i've met you, and this is more than likely just another one.

You were there? I was there! I was hanging by the merch table all night because my friend is the merch girl. ;o)

Yep... I was mostly near the front most of the night, probably too close to the speakers! I thought I saw you in passing, to be honest, but I wasn't sure it was you as I haven't seen you in person in a loooooong time!
