click on "search" on the top bar
click on "interests"
type in the "find people and communities interested in" bar - "lj icons", click on find.
i usually go to the sg_icons (Sparkly girl icons) and popicons (Pop Icons) communities for my cute girlie icons. Hope this helps! good luck!
