It tells you how many calories are in virtually every food. If you register it keeps tracks of how many calories you burn throughout the day. It really helped me. :)

Keep your breakfasts big, lunch a good size, and keep dinners and evening snacking to a minimum. That way you'll burn your calories in the day when you are moving around, and not storing them while you sleep.

If you really really want to be fit about it, do your workouts/exercises before you have breakfast.

I've posted a cool recipe which is dirt cheap on my journal. Don't believe the calories, they lie!

If I can recommend here, do exercise will be the most solution while having the meal.
