Thursday - b/p x 2, 150 cals, danced all night
Friday - b/p x 2, 110 cals, some minor dancing
Saturday - don't ask. SO FUCKING STRESSED OUT by my exams I can't help myself. Spent the day on the porcelain telephone. Didn't sleep all night, stayed up "studying", clearing the garbage out of my room, washing dishes and scrubbing the kitchen floor. I've been, however, stopping myself going to my usual limits, getting the food out faster.
Sunday - family/food oriented day so inevitable b/p scenarios. I'm resigned to a bad day. Might clean the bathroom and hoover my bedroom later.
Rather chuffed about Friday though - it was my friend's birthday, and not only did I avoid the sumptuous buffet, I only had two vodkas. I'm high-fiving myself for controlling a major scenario there.
Oh, another thing!
I used one of those body-fat percentage thingies online last night, and it said I had 10.1% body fat. How accurate are these things? Because to me it seems less than plausible..."essential fat", they call it, and dang, believe me, I got plenty to spare!
Any advice is more than welcome, dearies.
