there is an important statement there: images in selected posts should have 300 dpi.
probably we would want to upgrade some of images, but will the later date of a comment be critical for reviewers? or high dpi images could be provided separately?

The way I read it is that if an entry is chosen for the book, they will contact the author(s) and ask for a separate higher-resolution copy.
