Have you tried the Blinx eye drops? They are the best over the counter I've found, especially since my eyes dry out very easily when I wear my contact lenses or when I'm staring at the computer for long periods of time.
Did the doctor mention reading glasses at all, especially since you work in front of a computer? Everyone I know that has had lasik ended up needed reading glasses for the computer or for book reading. It may help with the eye strain issues until your eyes work through the healing phase.
Ugh. I wish you well. It does not sound like fun. I had all the tests to see if I could get it done... My corneas are too thin and "oddly" shaped, so no for me.
Hi, this is completely not relevant to your post at all, but I've been LJ friends with br0ken_dolly for awhile and I recently made a post asking my friends list for advice on making a start up. It's not something that I foresee doing for awhile, but it's something that I'd like to do eventually. She mentioned that you are her BIL and started your own company, and so I hope you don't mind if I friend you?
