SO I SAW THE FILM YESTERDAY

NGL, I may have welled up several billion times. At Graham asking for grape juice at events, at Damon's HD Glasto!tears, at how much it clearly meant to them all... The worst bit, for me, though, was quite near the end, when Graham mentioned Alex's book and said he was quite surprised at how affectionately and highly Alex spoke of him, and then we saw Alex saying that Graham didn't realise how much he meant to him, and he was clearly quite upset about it. My heart absolutely just ached for him.
It was all very emotional and romantic and GUH
The archive footage was a bit lacking, but I guess that's because they used most of it in Starshaped. I'm not a Gramon shipper particularly myself, but there were a few moments (Graham asking Damon for a kiss and Damon obliging being one...) that were very very sweet indeed.
It was lovely hearing all of their stories and slants on things. Alex talking about the band was A-FREAKING-DORABLE, he is clearly very much in love with them all - I was most overjoyed as an Alex fangirl that he got the first lines out of the four of them, too ;)
Musically, I found it fantastic. Although that may just be because they played all of my favourites, and ended on Sing...
I wish I could have gone to one of those Hyde Park gigs. Wish wish wish.
I love them all too much.
