That sort of thing really hurts. Just yesterday my closest friend for the last couple years said the exact same thing to me. I too am too ashamed to say why, but I know I deserved it. Words are, as you so eloquently put it, oftentimes "as sharp and cutting as knives." I hate the damage that accrues because of our hatred to and for one another. I had a rather intense breakdown last night. We need to heal
