Welbutrin really isn't a very strong drug. . .When I ran out of EffexorXR this summer and was on just WB, topamax, and birth control (don't laugh, OCP is serious mental meds for me) I went batshit.
Welbutrin alone is good for people who just want to quit smoking or have conditional depression or something. In fact, I'm thinking of quitting mine now so that next week when I FINALLY see a psychiatrist for the first time in t-e-n m-o-n-t-h-s (!) I can at least once again take advantage of the "Zyban" (quit smoking) effect. Been on the fucking patch since Oct 10 and what I've determined so far is that, despite all warnings, you can, in fact smoke cigarettes while using the nicotine patch AND bupropion concurrently
