YES. and he didn't give up his key today. so, even longer! but I guess some major things may need to be replaced.. like the toilet, tub, sink, fridge.. haha.

Wow, I was surprised he actually waited until his hearing to get out, let alone still not get out afterward. I'm also surprised he bothered showing up for it, since he didn't have a leg to stand on. It sounds like he should probably be in a mental facility and not just ejected by the cops, which is probably what you're going to have to do. Since the trial is over you're free and clear to call the cops and have him ejected though right?

Also good luck with the condition of the apartment. It sounds like anything is possible with this person.

well, I do live on the 500 block of west dayton.. I probably had it coming. surprised it last a week, too.
