quite honestly, I think you make plans on going back home. You're miserable and it's very obvious that you're miserable. If the interviews with the job back in Ft Wayne becomes a given, then you take it and hope it segues into something longer term. If it doesn't, then you and Lisa save what you can, sell of what you can live without, and then you both move up here together. She won't have any problems finding a job and you'll get on with someone else, if not the same 911 folks you're talking to now.
