Truthfully, I've no idea where MC Hammer lives. This was taken in the Sacramento, CA area though posted tonight when I am in Iowa.
I thought it was funny because the "Hammer Lane" refers to the left-most lane of traffic, the lane that NEVER exits and in theory runs the fastest.
