After the last post, I went through the written version of my list and have recorded it here. I have made some alterations to it which brought me a few goals further away from the 101 total. I would appreciate any suggestions! I have no doubt there are things I would like to do that I haven't even thought of yet

Other than Sammy stuff, I mostly exercise by attending aquafit at the city pools. Let me know if you want to join me sometime.

I technically have already paid for access to the school gym and am definately underusing it at present.

In other free exercise news (that will last beyond your degree), the Columbia Icefields has free skating weekdays from noon to 12:50. (I keep skates in my desk at work.)

Do you have a stand mixer? Beating them is very time consuming. Otherwise, they're not difficult.
