Also - wipe the excess superglue off the container before replacing lid - otherwise you can't get the lid off and use the glue again. I have about an 85% record of forgetting that one, so the tubes of glue get one use only. I buy in bulk tiny tubes from cheap shops now to minimise the waste.
Is it weird that I really like that burn you get from superglueing your fingers together and then easing them apart? Just me?
My mother-in-law once put loads of washing up liquid inside our kettle to clean it and failed to own up when everybody's tea was bubbly.

Er... might be just you... But then I've gotten old and tired of injuring myself in interesting ways, so it could equally be just me not enjoying the experience.

Never microwave chocolate in a pyrex bowl - use a plastic one. Otherwise, when you drop it on the floor, you not only have to clean up molten chocolate from a blast radius bigger than your kitchen, but you cut your fingers at the same time...

On a related note, did you know that arcroc sweats when you stack large numbers of bowls made of it? I didn't. But I found out when I was working for a warehouse and a stack of it slipped from my fingers and onto the concrete floor...
