I just received an identical message upon making an LJ post, and having some experience with post-posting strangeness, googled the phrase before responding. Looks like we've both been hit by a new variant on the Great Hatsby! I didn't respond to it so I don't know if it's still randomly matching up people for baffled conversations.
(Not that my random comment will necessarily be any less baffling to you 8)
