You are pretty damn skinny, but the proportions of your body seem to make sense so I doubt it's b/c you're not eating enough. Usually when you've got an eating disorder your body takes on a more stressed or exhaustive form that looks unnatural, whereas you look healthy but just have a lesser width than most people of your height.
Also, this might be a matter of relativity... sometimes we eat less because our bodies need less to act and we become more efficient the more wiry and lanky we get. As you get thinner you eat less because you need less, not necessarily because you want less.
Brian PS - If your doctor was fat or over the age of 45 I wouldn't take it seriously at all. Often this kind of thing has more to do with subjective input than anything. Most baby boomers tend to be very well fed from their depression-era parents who starved in their youth and simply can't handle the idea of someone of your proportions being normal. Call it a generational issue.
