Well since I work at a company that uses donated plasma I might be able to lend some insights..

#1.) Testing and safety of donated products is mandated by the FDA. Individual blood banks and donors aren't allowed ot make case by case decisions.

#2.) Many companies that process human plasma/blood pool the collected material from thousands of donors in giant tanks for processing. One bad donor can ruin millions of dollars worth of blood/plasma.

On the subject of constant and perfect weather it sounds like you want to live near the equator. That way seasonal changes are minimal.

If you move to DC I suggest you get engaged. Moving 6 or 7 states away for someone you are just dating can lead to alot of problems.

I've never heard of things turning out good for someone when they've moved for a guy/girl. Unless the commitment (ie. engaged or married) had already happened.

Ok, well here is the thing. I don't want the relationship to end, but I'm pretty sure that in the time it takes for us to be ready for that kind of committment (engagement) our relationship could end because of distance. (and don't say that if you really love eachother the distance doesn't matter, because it does. It always does when you are still only dating, once you are married it is a different story..)

I wasn't going to say that. Trust me, I know distance matters. You forget what I went through last year. I'm just saying that of the 3 people that I know that moved out of state to continue a relationship none of them are with the person they moved for, and they also regret moving out in the first place.
