I was going to actually make a 'proper' post this morning but instead I'm going to leap up and down like a loony and yell...
I passed!
I came out of my last exam not at all convinced that I done that well but results were released this morning and I got B+, B+, A
And now I'm going to go and happy dance round the kitchen.

James has had a tough week. Not that he'd class it that way. For kids it's so often the case that yesterday's upset is no longer relevant today - they're so present in the moment. I'm still watching ER. The reasons why are lost in the mists of time but that's by the by, tonight I saw the season finale. Could they have crammed any more cliffhangers in there? Well. I'm back home again - spent the evening watching the scariest episode of Dr Who EVER with the boys. I don't know how reassuring they found my cowering behind a cushion... Anyhow, now I'm just waiting for James to get to sleep so that I can hit the sack too. I'm pooped ( Read more... ) -

Back on the upswing today. It's been a good morning; mooched about with the boys and got the house sorted out, including yet more laundry. I have, in fact, now named my washing machine in honour of the longevity of our relationship - Doris is still soldiering on after fourteen years with me, which has to be some kind of record in my book ( Read more... ) -

Lots happening recently - and nothing much. Strange paradox that. Anyway... haven't been around for a while, just went into hermit/lazy mode and it didn't help that I hurt my back so was off my face on meds for a few days. I am now resolved to catch up with everyone, so consider yourselves warned! ;) -

This years last exam tomorrow (100% assessment of the whole year - physical) and I've been spending all my time preparing the case-studies for it - two case-studies (CVA plus ankle fracture and 5 year old with DCD) two hours, any questions ( Read more... ) -

Made my presentation today - when it came down to it I was actually really nervous but apparently the nerves didn't show, I'm lucky that way! On reflection (and consoling myself with chips!) I think I can say... I nailed it! *grin*
So one exam down, one to go. Off to prep some more...
