So there's this thing some people do. I call it the "no you can't" joke because not only is that the gist, it's the way it's most commonly phrased. Here's what it is if you haven't figured it out already. I'll say to my friend "Can I have a glass of milk?" and the friend replies "no, you can't." But they're joking. Yeah, I don't think its funny

I hate jokes like that, cause I never know how to respond. Also, those jokes I get at work from visitors "Working hard or hardly working?" What do you say?!!

yeah, maybe with someone u know, but with a complete stranger?that does sound kind of retarded because at that point it wouldnt be a joke itd just put u off ot that perosn and place wouldnt it?
