When LiveJournal Goes Wonky

Gretchen's been fighting with LJ this past week.  Tonight, I had a chance to look at it.  LJ won't load in IE, but is loading in Chrome.

Now, let's see if it posts.

Update:  And this appears to be a known problem with IE and LJ.

Dear, it's time to use Chrome for a while...

LJ still works pretty well with JavaScript turned off (better than with it, in my opinion), and that may fix some browser problems.

I personally loathe Chrome. LJ also works in Firefox.

Interestingly, I can't enter replies in LJ using Chrome. I have to go to IE to do that. However, IE is wretched. I have been giving Microsoft stuff a try and I actually like Bing pretty well, but after trying to use it for a few days last month, IE is still not really a viable every-day browser.

Thanks for reminding me, I'd decided last night to switch back to Firefox and see how that goes.
