Love yourself

I didn't understand how to love me.
I know that I can't love a person if I can't love myself.
But I couldn't find anything I love in me.
I was smiling, but I was afraid of people.
I thought I was unworthy of someone's love because of my paralysed arm.

I heard "Love yourself" again and again.
I didn't try it long time.
