At least they know someone screwed this up, and it was neither of them... I just wish House would not have screwed up at the end of the chapter, he can be such an idiot! He'll better fix that in the next chapter! Great job, Daisy!

Thank you, ally cam!
You're right, House screwed up big time! When he planned this whole night for Cameron, he didn't really think too much about what came next. It's not enough to wine and dine her - he has to be willing to commit himself to this relationship.

I'm really glad, that they could put the pieces together and I hope they'll kick 13s ass soon!
House is an idiot...*sigh* Please fix it! He has to tell her how he feels :(
Great writing as always, one of the few stories, that really get me hooked :)

That's so nice of you to say, hameron addict - thank you!
The puzzle is starting to unravel a bit, now. The card will be the crucial snippet of information that gets them focusing on Thirteen. Especially now that House knows his "assistant" cancelled his limo.
But House has a much bigger problem to deal with. He's got to tell Cameron how he feels about her soon, or all is lost!

Ya know what, I change my mind about Kent :) I'm really liking how you made him into a nice guy with his reaction to the knock-back. And the way he could read so easily the chemistry between her and House :D:D I love it when other characters see it :P

SO glad House and Cam are figuring out what happened!!! But damnit, it was like a big bucket of cold water at the end! :( It worked really well at creating tension though (and making us all want to hunt you down until you give them a happy scene ;) hehe).

Neeeeed to know what happens now! Damn, hasn't Cameron learned already not to push him in the personal-declarations area?? LOL

I always intended Kent to be a good guy. I feel kind of sad for him, though. He never really had a chance and in his own way he gave Cameron every bit as nice a Valentine's Day as House was planning for her.

At least House and Cameron know that their date was sabotaged by someone and House has stopped blaming Cameron for his humiliation and hurt. I'm shifting the focus to Cameron's feelings now.

Her "I love you" scared House half to death, that's for sure. She was so wrapped up in their love-making, I think it just slipped out. House's fear of expressing his feelings was the last thing on her mind.

Thanks for your thoughtful comment, Amy!

oooh ooooh! exciitiiing! I love the way you ended it!
It's mean, don't misunderstand me, and my heart still races, but it's great! it's just the perfect time!

I'm anxious to know how they will find out it was 13!!! =O

can't wait for more! ^^

Thank you, doudoute! I'm glad you liked the ending of this chapter. House was frustrating, but I think he does have to push through this last barrier. How's Cameron going to know this isn't just about sex, if he can't open up to her?

The card is the key to Thirteen's involvement in the sabotage of their date and it hasn't been forgotten. ;)-;)

It's great you're enjoying this story so much! Thanks again,
Daisy
