Alarm! I actually LIKE a new Mariah Carey Song. I thought she had well and truly "jumped the shark'! True, she is the most silly, crass, demanding, try-hard-hip-hop Diva, since, well, Mariah circa 1999, but, I can't help admire all those qualities when they're so blatant. Go Mimi!!

It's funny. Life just seems to race by at the moment, but there is so little to report here. Today is really the first day I have had (kind of) off and (almost) to myself, in, oh, a good 6 months at least! Saw The Phantom of the Opera for the second time today; I am very excited about this movie; as a 7-year-old I was obsessed about the Andrew Lloyd Webber production, and listened to the tape endlessly. I am not going to work today. I am taking a mental and physical health day off. I am currently applying for jobs, then I think I shall read my book in the Botanical Gardens.
