It was official, human worlds were either crazy or insanely boring. This world, the one they had been pulled into, was definitely in the former. Mao found many ways to keep himself busy, from reading comic books that he had found in abandoned shops to playing portable games here or there with his rivals, he kept himself busy for the most part. It was his way of brainstorming for a solution to their problem, well- for everyone's problem. They were stuck here, far longer then they necessarily needed to be. His school. His poor, evil, school! He couldn't imagine how it was just now, full of goody two-shoes or punk thinking they could take over. He would teach them all a lesson when he would get out!
Well, "if" he - and his servants - ever got out of here.
Still, this book, he was mighty interesting. An Overlord! Just like him! For some reason, this human world seemed to have a sort of sick fascination with Overlords. How many were here already? Whatever, it didn't matter. What mattered was that this particular Overlord boasted about having special powers! ~*~Magical~*~ powers that allowed the granting of wishes! ... With the cost of Mana of course.
It intrigued Mao. Although, an Overlord had to be careful with how much mana they could give up! It was their life source! Their power! Giving too much could cause a power drainage that could eventually lead to death. Only the stupidest of Overlords could possibly ever do that... but it was still something that happened, so he had to be careful. He would study, perhaps even dissect this book in order to learn its secrets. He had only one chance though, and he was certainly going to take it.
Now, he just had to find that damn book.
With his intellect, he should have no problem with this!
