Sado nodded, and taking a step forward, wrapped Orihime in his big arms, arms that always seemed like they weren't enough to protect her.

This at least, he could do.

"No goodbyes. You know wherever you go, your friends will find you."

Orihime didn't even hesitate in her surprise at his embrace, immediately returning his hug with one of her own. She was rather tiny, in comparison to the tall and muscular boy, and laughed a little as the comfort of having her friends with her erased most of her worry. Consistently taciturn, when Sado spoke it was nearly always poignant and eloquent, if brief.

Smiling, she said shakily, "I'd rather no one go at all, but I know they can't keep any of us apart for long even if anything does happen. Thank you, Sado." Her arms tightened around him gratefully for a second before she pulled away.

The girl got up and got a glass of water from the sink in the adjoining room, never leaving the sight of her watchers in the living room. Really, after that worrying message on the network, Inoue watched them just as closely as they kept an eye on her. Just seeing them there when she turned back toward them was as much a reassurance as anything they might say.

While on the outside, he didn't give anything away about the hug, inside, Ichigo felt a strange knot in his chest.

"Chad's right," he said, nodding to his friend, "There's no hiding from any of us." a joke to lighten the mood. He wasn't very good at them normally, and thought this one wasn't so bad. At least in his mind.

Hitsugaya was quiet, but did agree with what had been said. His gaze was on the computer that he'd stationed himself at, or at least it had been. He turned in the chair, regarding the three, gaze finally on Orihime.

"And whatever happens, just stay alert and be careful," was Hitsugaya's advice, gaze then shifting to Ichigo. "And don't do anything stupid."
