Well, my parents finally responded. And so will I. One of the things my mom said was this, "you totally fail to understand how much we have and do sacrifice and give for you." That is completely not true. I've told you countless times how much I realize and appreciate everything you've given for me. And I still feel that way, and I always will

*blink blink* - You really put my life into perspective there, Brit. Sorry your parents are being crappy, but you still love them, cuz they are your parents. Take a deep breath and realize that you are lucky to have what you have. Phillip is extremely supportive, and you have good friends who love ya too (even if some of us are all the way over in Carrollton and never get to see you!). You also got to start preparing yourself for the eventual severance from your parents (hell, like I'm one to talk - a senior and still living with mom... lately, for all intents and purposes, I am on my own... I just don't have to pay bills yet) You will end up going somehwere after Tech, be it grad school, Navy, real world, whatever. I'm going through something much the same (though it is my parents clinging to me meanwhile mentally preparing everyone for the move to grad school in some far away state that starts with an A (hopefully Alaska).
