it's a fairly basic face using the ben nye death, bruise and burn wheels.
i find the death and bruise wheels to be eerily accurate, but the burn wheel i use because of the delightful range of reds (because it certainly doesn't look like a burn).

and all the 3-d elements are just sculpted from scar wax, and then hand-painted after being coated with liquid latex and castor sealant. they ended up in the toilet when it was all over, sadly...

oh, and my RIGHTEOUS TALENT. obviously.
