i hate mtv. i never watch mtv and i usually disown bands who convert to mtv. well, i wanted to watch some modest mouse videos so i was searching on the mtv website and i just happened to come upon the BRANDTSON page. no, no, no, no, no, no. yes, exposure is good. yes, money is good. but mtv? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. excuse my rant

But I know what you mean...like I have to have something interesting happen.

I didn't like Modest Mouse's latest. The first half of the album was good...but then it just gets weird (to me) after song 4 or 5...like the song Dance Hall.
Of course you may love the whole album, but (if you haven't) try to listen to all of it or listen to soundclips of the later songs..you may have already done that.

i bought the CD today because it was only $9 at wal-mart and you're right the last part of the album is weird. maybe it'll grow on me.
