I attended a women's retreat this weekend with my older sister and my mom. I had a great time despite it being god-centric. The ladies I met were very friendly and open to conversation. I got to participate in a couple of crafts on Saturday which resulted in me making a bracelet, a painted candle, and a scrapbook. I had a great time just ( Read more... )

I reported on the Native American Recognition Days Reception & Banquet last Thursday. Awesome program. the not so good news... i gotta go to class in 15. suxorz.

the good news. I landed my interview w/ the mayor and i'll be able to meet my 5 pm deadline on Thursday! Woo-hoo!

This is cause for celebration, therefore, I'm going to treat myself to a watermelon sonic slush.
