yo! good luck with giving up cigarettes. none of the cool kids smoke anyway, and you won't be coughing up dead bits of lung in a few years time when your lungs give up and try to abandon ship.

i'd recommend acupuncture for a killing back - helped my killing neck wonders after whiplash. don't go to the seedy chinese guy in the back lane in enmore though, go to a gp who does it as well (recommend dr procter in "the cremorne practice", cremorne).
