Should I stay or should I go?

Nick's been asked to attend conferences in Calgary and Pittsburg in July. The first one happens to be on our 2nd wedding anniversary. Question is, should I tag along or should I just stay behind and work? He has 4 free days in between the conferences. *weighs costs and opportunity*

You've not really listed the pros and cons that matter to you.

Is the cost of you tagging along an issue to your budget?

Is it important to both of you to be able to celebrate on the actual anniversary date?

Do you want to travel? (Granted, Calgary and Pittsburgh are not major tourist destinations)

etc etc

Cost is an issue but not the most limiting.
Celebrating on the actual day isn't such a biggie...I think ;)
I want to travel but not too far if it's just a few days.
I know, I can't have *EVERYTHING*...LOL

Go along. You get a short break plus time to celebrate your wedding anniversary. :) That is, if it's not too ex...

I've not done my homework, that's true... don't know how much it's gonna cost. Should be easier to decide when I have a ball park figure.

question: would you kick yourself in the buttocks if you didn't go in the end?

I don't think so... actually, I was just thinking how I will be able to go the the gym everyday when Nick's away. Means prob, I don't really want to tag along, right?

of course go! even if he doesn't have much time for you, you're in a new place, fun to explore, might meet interesting people, new travel experience!

i sound like an ad.

*ahem*

go if you can afford the time/money *nod sagely*

How is it possible that I've finally reached a stage in my life where I have both time and money? I must be old!
