I'm sold. I've been on Atkins for a week now and I swear that I've never felt better! I don't understand why low-fat diets get all the hoo-ha when all they do is leave you hungry. And now I don't feel I have to lose weight on this diet but if it helps me with my appetite and energy levels I don't see any reason not to follow it

Feeling more energetic is good, although I think my main problem could also be due to lack of exercise. What's the difference btw the South Beach & Atkins?

I didn't have cumin, coriander and ginger at home so I used curry powder and red pepper powder instead of those spices. Also, I microwaved the cauliflower first for about 2 mins to speed up cooking time. ;)
South Beach is supposed to be a low fat version of Atkins (according to their site it's a copycat version that we should beware of! http://atkins.com/Archive/2005/3/21-309020.html
