Haha, tough choice! Sevilla with its narrow streets and historical sites, or Barcelona with the cathedrals and all. Madrid is more of the "capital of this country" kind of attraction - large buildings etc.

wah like that you need someone who knows all these cities. since i only know on your list barca and madrid, i definitely vote for barca. madrid was very big city been there done that type place. barca was historial and fun at the same time and you can check out gaudi! oh one of the best parts is that you can do a day trip to figueres! dali's hometown or something, there's a huge dali museum which is absolutely cool.
